Provided plenty of options for relaxation and fun. My kids loved the slides, while I appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the adults-only area. I found the need for better enforcement of pool rules as there were instances of children in the adult space.

Loved our stay here. We spent 9 nights in a nice size and brand-new deluxe queen room with jacuzzi. The location was handy - next to Azure & Lotus, Karon-shops/bars/restaurants and Central Phuket. Moreover, it was about 15 mins walk from Karon Beach.

The breakfast was amazing with conventional porridge and thai food, for instance, the location was good. The room was brand-new and air conditioned and had own bathroom plus coffee & tea makers and a fridge.

Something aging

It was peaceful and provided everything you would expect from a resort hotel. I was pretty happy overall.

I found the restaurant food a little bland. When in Thailand I expect a little spice!

The beachfront location is fantastic, making it easy to access the sand and surf right from our room.

There were issues with the water pressure in the shower, making it quite difficult to shower properly.

I took a beautifully maintained room with private jacuzzi as well as a towel. The breakfast was extensive, the check in was early. Besides, my parking was on site.

Centara was wonderful... The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us, that includes the bell boys and cleaning staff. The rooms were great, cleaned everyday, with fresh linen and towels. The resort pools are great, with 3 to chose from.... Wonderful service and again nothing is a problem. Beautiful grounds, so clean and well maintained. Azure was our favourite restaurant, great food and good cocktails. Breakfast buffet was part of our package - food was awesome and a great selection. We actually came back to Centara during our stay in Thailand. We were booked in at another resort in Patong, but were not very happy there, so we checked out and booked right back into the Centara.... We will definitely be back. This resort is perfect for families with kids! With three great pools, including some with fun waterslides, my little ones had an absolute blast. The grounds are beautiful, and having multiple dining options. The kids' club was an added bonus that kept them entertained!

My kids wished there were more activities in the evenings.

The newer part is much better than the old building, The travel desk did not meet the expectation and gave wring information.

The pool was fantastic. We loved the slide. It was also near shopping and street vendors.

We stayed in the Lagoon section part of the hotel and our room was gross. The paint was chipping and the bathroom could use either a major deep clean or a total renovation. It was a very old room. We were on the ground floor so I understand there are going to be bugs and ants, but when I wake up to find my daughters crib is filled with them and also my toiletries bag full of them, I think there's reason to complain.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful swimming pool and the relaxing jacuzzi . The place is perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. Just a heads up, a few areas could use some sprucing up, but it didn't take away from our awesome experience! 🌞

The rooms are comfortable. The hotel pools are great. The "Happy Hour" by the poolside and promotions at the restaurants are attractive and popular with guests. The Hotel should look into catering more staff during this period to cope with the overwhelming orders.

We experienced bad customers service during our stay there. Reason could be the Hotel was fully booked and under staff? During breakfast time, there were many ants and insects around the drinks section and jam corners which was very unsightly.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for location in Karon Beach, very handy to beach, restaurants, bars and markets. The breakfast is very good and the staff were very helpful. The swim-up bar was great and a fabulous way to meet other travellers

This Resort is 4 star rated but would not rate the rooms 4 star.... Not very big and in need of a refurbish. Up graded to a room with a view and if we stood out on our balcony and lent well out we could get a glimpse. Very large resort so if you like that sort of thing ok.
